There is no official length. Famitsu, in the 14 October 2026 review that scored the game 36/40, said 20–30 hours for the story and about 70 with the extra content. An IGN preview from June guessed 30–40 and 60–80. Those are not the same claim.
I would plan a weekend for the story and a longer month if you want Colosseum leagues, Esper hunts, 26 sanctums, and 30 to 40 side quests the developers mentioned. I have not timed a clear myself.
Where the hours go
Side quests, four Colosseum leagues, Gilgamesh, Esper trials, and the Vision sanctums are the padding named in the notes. The demo is only chapter 1.
